chore(data): load imdb data for multi-backend example
chore: add postgres mic-drop to end of notebook
checkpoint pypi
chore: fix up load scripts
chore: verify imdb load

Depends on #20

Changes here are a bit of a mess, but the general overview for the 4th notebook is:

load pypi data from parquet into duckdb
example showing levenshtein, then going from there to UDF builtins + an exercise on udf builtins
then two more problems exploring the PyPI data
then, if we have time, a section on .sql, going into an exercise using the recursive CTE for transitive dependencies.

then, at the very end, a data puzzle for anyone who finishes early.
