Version number of DLL on 1.13 still reads 1.12.1.1 #139

Just a head up, when installing 1.13 via Nuget, the version number of the DLL 
on 1.13 still reads 1.12.1.1.  This threw me for a loop at first because I 
didn't think that I my project updated correctly.

This issue was reported almost a year ago...and still exists.  It's not hard to 
rebuild and deploy a nuget package...especially when it's causing developers to 
waste time tracking down why their version of Nuget appears to not retrieve the 
latest version of an assembly.  Thank you.
