Update for Hawthorn #8

This pull request updates the xblock for Hawthorn release. Tested on hawthorn.master.

Thanks for looking into this - Were these changes tested on ficus and ginkgo as well?

I just tested the Xblock and it works for Ficus and Ginkgo with mimimal change https://github.com/ibleducation/jupyter-edx-grader-xblock/pull/8/commits/334cd2a8cc365ef7d5606be068fefc29ab1eede3 .
