libglade is deprecated now, and other Gnome components are currently being
ported to GtkBuilder.

gphotoframe should be ported to GtkBuilder too.

Intltool has not supported GtkBuilder yet.

By adding [type: gettext/glade] prefix to the .ui files in POTFILES.in
