License information was lacking in some files #24

Tried to get the application packaged for the next Ubuntu release.

But it was turned down because:

It's not possible to accept this source package in it's current form at the
moment. I only see GPL-3 referenced in one source file (and even there, it
doesn't actually include a copy of the license). It is not clear what the
license is for the other source files - they should all contain copies of
the relevant license, but I haven't found any that do this.

The source files should also indicate who the primary copyright holders are.

Please provide any additional information below.
