add tooltips for partly visible folder names #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open preferences
2. go to the 'photos' tab
3. when the source is folder, long foldernames are not completely visible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tooltips with the complete foldername would be convenient

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.7.2 of gphotoframe and ubuntu linux 10.04
