Completed Italian translation #65

I attach the completed Italian translation plus a little patch that adds the 
translations for a couple of strings.
I also would like to volounteer to write some documentation for this good 
program. Can you help me on this? in what language do I have to write it? is it 
good the xml docbook format for gnome documentation?

I applied the patch to the default branch (revision 84d63f606b).
