Not a bug, intended. In retrospect however, UI choice there wasn't great. I'm working on the UI right now in preparation for some future changes, I might give this issue a pass. I'll keep this issue to remind me.

The tooltip icon is misplaced though

Still not a bug, but rather a consequence of long titles. I've got an idea or two to make things a bit better, but kinda don't want to redo everything quite yet.
