This pull request adds the ability to dynamically add DataPower configuration, local files, and certificates at deploy time. Users will be able to maintain their own additional config, etc. via source control without needing to modify a newly released chart.

let us configure sending gwd-log to stdout/stderr?
allow configuration of extlatency logs to stdout?
