Update to collect more filesystem info #108

New log files will be generated under the path ova/filesystem/var and ova/filesystem/usr

@jithlab can we make the file paths match the actual file paths? ie. ova/filesystem/var/lib/.... or ova/filesystem/usr/local/lib/..... that would match the ova/filesystem/var/log
