Decouple frontend and backend #75

After automation is built, revist building frontend and backend in 2 separate containers.

Steps:

[ ] - Break apart dockerfile into two files: frontend and backend.
[ ] - Build Docker compose file for local testing
[ ] - Create a deployment with the two new containers
[ ] - Deploy new containers
[ ] - Test deployments
[ ] - Update CI/CD with new deployments
