Cache Behavior of CAPI in PSLSE #103

Does the PSLSE capture the cache behavior of CAPI and Power 8? Please let me know your opinions.

It depends on your point of view... since pslse abstracts away psl, the existence of a cache is unknown to your afu. However, you may certainly use the "allocating" commands and pslse will respect them.
