Replace "Kabanero Enterprise" with CP4Apps "Accelerators for Teams" #74

New version of CP4Apps 4.1 coming out end of March will replace the term "Kabanero Enterprise" with "Accelerators for Teams"

Waiting for CP4Apps 4.1 to be released and available on IBM Public Cloud OCP43 to go thru the workflow and make updates to match new version.
