Deploying v0.8 fails. Auth pod does not come up and the job populate user does not run.

@kriersd currently working on the issues. Will update when it's fixed

@kriersd there were some issues with the docker images. I would recommend doing the following:

Delete the chart deployment
Run helm repo update to get the latest chart updates
- If on IBM Cloud Private, please refresh/resync the helm repositories
Install the chart again
