Istio files:

Virtual Service, Policy, Destination Rule added to Inventory and MySQL

Chart Overhaul:

Add label templates
Providing RabbitMQ img + service + deployment for Inventory Health check
Providing MySQL as a dependency to simplify installing the MySQL server
Change values.yaml to support dependencies and general trimming
