Add Instructions to add disk volume to externalize data #2

Will consider this in follow up sprint. One of the decision point is whether we will continue using container to host MySQL and how DevOps pipeline handles the MySQL instance, either reuse or rebuild the instance for each build.

ok, you should at least mention in the write up that no matter what, "you would externalize volume to keep data" in the text. Say we do not show here for the example. Then point to link
