The cancel order use case implementation delivered here will differentiate between a rejected order and a cancelled order.

A rejected order is an order that automatically gets rejected by the system if a container or a voyage is not found.
A cancelled order is an order that either the customer or the sys admin has decided to manually cancelled for whatever reason.
