wrong openshift_installer_url

MacOS 13.0.1

The current installer url is not valid. There are no files downloaded with this url:

  openshift_installer_url = "https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/clients/ocp/${var.openshift_version}"

Running terraform apply with this url will return errors:

If I update the url this way, it works fine:
