Limitation description is not about bare metal server. #9

Reserved bare metal server instances can use only SAN-backed storage (balanced, memory, compute).

I think this limitation is about VSI(Virtual Server)'s reserved instance. Bare metal server doesn't have SAN-backed storage and balanced/memory/compute flavors.
