explain use of Proxy DNS entries #40

I struggled setting up a CIS+COS static web hosting environment because it was not clear that proxy enabled CNAME entries were needed to make the page rule work. It was kinda obvious once i understood how it all worked, but having a paragraph like i've suggested would probably have saved me a few hours.

Thanks for bringing this up. I am going to move the content to our staging repository, because we can't make changes directly to the production repo.
