When migrating to ICOS it should be noted that there is no outbound BW charges on PRIVATE network, and to clarify that in the docs to prevent mis-configuration

Thanks for the suggestion. Can you help me understand this a bit more? If you are migrating data into COS, eg from AWS S3, you will need to use the public network for ingest. If you are migrating data from another COS instance, then yes, using the private network is certainly preferable. Was there a specific place where this seemed misleading or unclear?
