Infos regarding PostgreSQL Extensions #5

Are some more extensions in panning? The Current website is from last year. Maybe you can list every PostgreSql Extension there. I would recommend to add the open source timescale extension. (like to use it in my projects)

I updated a list with a newer deployment running PG10. I also expanded the intro comment to show how others can run the same command on their own deployment to get a current list. Thanks!
