I received the next message:

  1. Roberto Salinas's Account f9d847aabcc74260ad4924cb2b0fdbcd

Please confirm with IBM Cloud [support] that these accounts should be cancelled or that the account owner should be changed to a valid user. If you believe this user is still active and the account should not be cancelled please reach out and check if the user needs to be reactivated in IBM Cloud.

I need to cancel it.
