NOTE that the AVAILABILITY row in the page says BASIC SUPPORT only allows CASES, not chat or phone like Advanced & Premium do.
But Phone and Chat support are STILL AVAILABLE FOR BASIC SUPPORT until August 5, It will only be starting August 5 that this will be correct. Until then, Basic support customers can still use phone & chat. But reading the above page wouldn't tell anyone that.
