IBM Cloud Advanced and Premium Support Pricing text is incorrect #16

Incorrect information on the IBM Cloud Support Plans descriptions page. https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/get-support?topic=get-support-support-plans

The pricing for the "Enterprise Savings Plan" for Advanced Support and Premium Support is the same as the other two scenarios (Pay-as-you-Go and Subscription). Advanced: Starting at USD 200 per month or 10% of consumption if it exceeds the monthly starting price.
Premium: Starting at USD 10,000 per month or 10% of consumption if it exceeds the monthly starting price.

The current wording says it is 10% with no minimum which is misleading and incorrect.

updated the content to be more clear
