Hi @nlatha760 . When you open an issue through the documentation, it's for problems or requested information updates for that documentation. It looks like you would need to update your account to add a user. You can do that by Setting up access groups and adding the user to the access group. Or, if you need additional help, you can Creating support case by using the Support Center.
