We have a meeting w/ customer to talk about QBR from TAM and premium on Tue next week.
We would like your team to remove the word from docs by that time.
Reason:
TAM was instructed not to share HW age (Chassis's age) to customer (Devision of management). We were instructed to share processor status which was calculated based on provision date. QBR(Quarterly Business Review) cannot provide HW age any more.
Please remove of "hardware age" from docs of QBR section.
Seismic's latest Premium Support Guide did not say TAM will share HW age in QBR: (See P3 and 8 of the doc)
