There is an error in the page https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/ibm-cloud-provider-for-terraform?topic=ibm-cloud-provider-for-terraform-sample_vpc_config where the environment variable IC_API_KEY is incorrectly capitalized as IC_API_Key everywhere it appears.
