This is to update the https://console.bluemix.net/docs/infrastructure/loadbalancer-service/apis.html#api-reference page which currently uses python/soap instead of the official softlayer python client.
The official documentation about the SLDN API is in https://softlayer.github.io/ so the links were also updated.
