"Usage" is not under the "Settings" icon, but "Usage" icon is there. #50

The instructions say the users can select "Usage" after clicking "Settings" icon: Click the Settings icon Configuration icon. Then select Usage > Exclusion Rules. But no "Usage" under the "Settings" icon, but "Usage" icon is there. Could you check the IBM Log Analysis web UI and correct the document?
