Amazon SNS is not supported for IBM but doc shows up this can be support #34

What are the details of the issue you're experiencing? For below document , we confirmed with sysdig team (CS3078905), Amazon SNS is not supported for IBM ecosystem. But in document there shows up 'For an Amazon SNS Topic notification channel, add the SNS Topic'

Do you have a suggestion about how to resolve the issue? Please remove this section to avoid the mis-understanding between customer. 'For an Amazon SNS Topic notification channel, add the SNS Topic'
