I found some missing information

Chapter: Endpoints Monitoring https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/monitoring?topic=monitoring-endpoints#endpoints_monitoring the row Sydney didn't have a value in the column Port

Chapter: Rest API Endpoints https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/monitoring?topic=monitoring-endpoints#endpoints_rest_api this chapter didn't include any ports

Chapter: Subnets for webhook notifications from IBM Cloud Monitoring https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/monitoring?topic=monitoring-endpoints#endpoints_network_alert_subnets please add the ports. This is important to update the firewall
