Regarding Operators, IBM Cloud document only refers to Red Hat Openshift document, as they are offered by Red Hat https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/openshift?topic=openshift-operators

There is no specific document asking all the operator status before upgrade for this reason. Is it correct to say that this is a possibility cause, not definite one.

Regarding this, can you please include in the Document the procedure to check the status of all Operators before upgrading? User raised a request for the same - CS3488920 (SNow ticket number)
