In https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/vmwaresolutions?topic=vmwaresolutions-vmwaresol_ports-deploy-day2ops the following should be added:

IBM Cloud Driver -> IBM Cloud Service - 10.221.68.39 TCP 514 IBM Cloud Driver -> Internet - HTTPS

Attached file shows the deny log on a firewall after this document and the info at https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/cloud-infrastructure?topic=cloud-infrastructure-ibm-cloud-ip-ranges#service-network was used to configure a fortigate on an edge cluster disk-traffic-forward-2023_04_13.log
