The following responses are being sent at incorrect times.

[Low confidence] Sorry I didn't get that, I've reported it. Please try to use different words to describe what you need.

Sorry I misunderstood you. I'll report this mistake. Can you repeat your request in a different way?

The problem seems to be caused by the logic added to record the context of the conversation when reporting a message for NLC learning (feedback loop).
