Added nlc list command and update nlc status, Closes #39 #41

nlc list command lists all classifiers in order of most recently Available
updated nlc status to use classifierList() method from cognitive-lib and to reply to user if there is a new classifier training with it's duration

Need the latest hubot-ibmcloud-cognitive-lib published to npm with the classifierList() changes.

Changes look good, I'll merge once we publish a new version of hubot-ibmcloud-cognitive-lib and build pass.
