Also switched to using the generateRegExpForNumberedList function from utils 😄

Coverage remained the same at 91.969% when pulling f6050eb036741580a1f149034267d7fe9ab1330f on start_list_at_1 into 370eeb09ba98f00a6a75c15c7e452a28b980a719 on master.

@sam1463 Does the e2e tests currently cover the NLC path? If so you may need to update the answer number (just add +1).

No e2e test only uses the regex syntax
