enable debug by default and fix doc id printouts #33

When playing with the OpenWhisk action for BluePics it's helpful to see debug statements. And we reference these in our upcoming devWorks recipe. So decided to enable debug by default. Also need to fix where I was printing out the doc id incorrectly.
