Replace Material design mentions with Carbon Design System

What kind of change does this PR introduce?

• Replace to all mentions of Material design to Carbon Design System (Except in README.md it should be addressed in #16)
• Replace Material starter logos with Carbon starter logo
• Update site configuration information in README.md file.
