PDL Recipe #20

Two open issues remain for the PDL recipe, both of which are most likely caused by the Jupyter extension used.

  1. It does not work in Colab.
  2. It does not work in our CI tests.

Right now, the notebook is on main, but it isn't listed in the README nor the CI test files.
