Currently blocked on IBM Cloud Support case CS4101699. The Tuning Lab interface tutorial and the ibm-watson-ai python package notebook both fail to start for me.

I have the WatsonMachineLearning "Essentials" plan, and am running this in the Dallas datacenter, so it should work to get an ML instance, from that perspective.

Ok, this is unblocked. The user key that is here must also show up here. If it doesn't, you can fix it by rotating the user api key.

Putting this on ice, since we have a fine-tuning notebook now from #104.

I was able to get this notebook to run, up to the "Deploy" section (see notes above): Use watsonx to tune Google flan-t5-xl model with CFPB document
