Create boilerplate recipes for LLM, Embeddings, and VectorDB
Update utils README
Put the Replicate llm instantiation code directly into recipes where find_langchain_model() was used.
Link to the boilerplate recipes for alternatives to Replicate.
After removal PRs are merged, delete find_langchain_model() and find_langchain_vector_db() from utils.
