The repo is currently at https://github.com/ibm-granite-cookbooks/granite-code-cookbook.

Could it be moved to the ibm-granite org?

Access needed:

Org-level:

DCO app install
Include IBM Public Repository Disclosure in org README
Enforce github recommended code security config
2FA requirement
Create pm repo
Create peer “community” repo

Cookbook repo-level:

Access security (CVEs, etc) scan results and remediate
Administer PR review process
Create “Project” within PM repo, and maintain Admin access to that project
Configure CI/CD process that includes notebook validation

Uncategorized (currently done at org-level):

Administer teams of community members, so that they can be assigned as issue owners

The scope of this ticket was for Sept 5, so while there may still be some uncertainty about our names, they are final enough for the purpose of this ticket.
