Support for Covariates #86

thank you for the fantastic work! I wanted to ask if there are any schedule to support covariates (both feat_dynamic_real and past_feat_dynamic_real). These features would be extremely helpful for my project and likely for many others as well.

@Houyikai if you mean support for exogenous covariates -- we are planning to make this available at some point, but the timeline has not yet been finalized.
