register.parse() throws exception when no widgets registered (Safari 8.0.4) #393

Thought this was fixed in 55d1e700279625747b222c6449ea3a42632ac13e but it still fails on Safari. Or perhaps it started failing with a newer version of Safari.

Test via http://localhost/delite/node_modules/intern/client.html?config=tests/intern&suites=delite/tests/unit/all (URL may vary by system).
