rollback CLDR calendar preference data

aren't CLDR data coming straight out from the CLDR itself? Should we even touch it?

You are right. For that reason I removed what I have added before.

Ahmed, If you need to request changes to the calendar preference data in CLDR itself, the best way to do so is to file a ticket at http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/newticket
