[patch] Sets Zen CR and CSV in cp4d configmap based on installed catalog version. #1252

From March content we use 4.8.12 CR in Zen operator in CPD 4.6.6 This was causing issues when older catalogs are installed with CPD 4.6.6. With this change, we ll determine ZEN CR and CSV version based on catalog version. March and newer will use 4.8.12/1.8.12. Older will use 4.8.5/1.8.5.
