[patch] Adjust logic to install CPD 4.6.6 in airgap

This PR addresses a specific requirement where zen cr must be set to 4.8.12 when identified that ibm-operator-catalog is v8-240326 while installing CPD 4.6.6

With this change:

• Add new task to determine the current installed ibm-operator-catalog
• If a curated catalog is found:
  • then lookup the default cpd_product_version from the catalog casebundle (if cpd_product_version is not set)
  • otherwise, if cpd_product_version is not set by user nor found a default in casebundle, the assert will fail as cpd_product_version is not set. We are not going to manually control the default cpd_product_version in default/main.yml anymore.
  • if cpd_product_version == 4.6.6, and catalog tag points to March catalog, will use zen_version_cr: 4.8.12 - That is needed to fix issues on airgap environment. If v8-amd is found or any other catalog is found, then use default 4.8.5 found in olm-utils configmap.
