Noticed below 2 issues : When suite_dns role executes, we noticed below error from server

    FAILED
    Error response from server. Status code: 429; message: Rate limit reached 100 request in 1 minute.

You must have at most 50 hosts for the order. Please check your input and try again

What got changed in this PR -

• As a workaround, pause 2 min was added b/w 2 ibmcloud cis calls.
• Removed the edge certificate for safety and HPutilies to be within the 50 hosts limit
