[BUG] downloadmq "Temporary failure in name resolution" #118

Describe the bug During installation, the downloadmq role fails, despite the correct url being supplied - opening this URL on a standard browser downloads correctly.

The error "Temporary failure in name resolution" suggests a possible problem with DNS, which is odd because if I type the URL shown into my browser, I can download MQ just fine.

I wonder if this could be an issue with using the VPN rather than the IBM network directly, perhaps running from site may fix this.

Verified that mq-ansible works correctly on fyre services from Hursley, rather than acting through a VPN. Closing issue
